Maxpreci CRB - 450   is a high precision connecting rod boring machine suitable for boring of new connecting rods and for reconditioning of wornout connecting rods.


Highlights:-
Bed: Fine grained graded alloy casting stress relieved after rough machining ensures rugged and vibration free base.

Spindle: Accurately ground spindles of various sizes ensures fast changeover tools to achieve varying boring range and accuracy.

Tool Setting Micrometer : The tool setting micrometer is fixed in the main spindle housing to achieve accurate tool setting to microns.

Fine Auto Feed : Fine finish in boring is achieved by adjusting fine auto feed by variable speed DC motor.

Leveling Bolts : Leveling bolts are provided to steady the machine, accurately to achieve better accuracy in boring.


Technical Details :

  1. The bore center distance is 80 mm to 450 mm (if necessary 80 mm to 600 mm)
  2. Boring spindle speed is 200 rpm to 1000 rpm with double speed motor.
  3. Boring range is 15 mm to 150 mm.
